Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return: Email us at support@frinavo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–3 business days with instructions.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that are damaged due to misuse, or items returned without prior authorization, are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
